Foundation and basement leads are sold exclusive, by lead companies that carry many trades.
All 11 companies in our directory for this market generate their own traffic, and every one sells foundation work as one trade among many. Distribution here is about locking a contractor's territory and sending only the jobs that contractor actually does.
Of the 11 foundation and basement companies in our directory, 9 offer exclusive leads and 9 deliver in real time. None advertise shared or aged leads. A few promise one contractor per trade per territory, and several check whether an area is still open before a contractor signs up.
Every company here lets buyers set a service area, and most let them choose trades or lead types. Only one breaks foundation work into job types: inspection, crack repair, underpinning, slab jacking and waterproofing. That is the gap to fill: name the job on every lead, so a waterproofing request never reaches a contractor who only does underpinning.
Juiced lets each foundation contractor fund a wallet, set filters and caps by area and service type, and bid above your minimum so the highest bid wins the lead in seconds. Leads no contractor takes go to your own marketplace, where the price falls until someone buys. Delivery is by webhook into the buyer's CRM, email or text.
What foundation and basement lead companies sell
What the 11 companies in our foundation and basement directory say they offer, read from their own websites.
| Product | Companies offering it |
|---|---|
| Exclusive leads | 9 of 11 |
| Real-time leads | 9 of 11 |
| Inbound calls | 5 of 11 |
| Live transfers | 2 of 11 |
| Booked appointments | 3 of 11 |
Counts cover everything each company says it sells, which can include other verticals.
The product mix is narrow. Most companies sell exclusive, real-time web leads, nearly half also sell inbound calls, a few sell appointments and two sell live transfers. Nobody here offers shared, aged or list products, so a new seller is measured against exclusive offers from the first call. Juiced distributes web leads, so calls and transfers need separate call tracking.
What foundation and basement leads are screened for
Foundation sellers describe general contractor screens far more often than foundation-specific ones.
- Job type. One company splits foundation work into inspection, crack repair, underpinning, slab jacking and waterproofing. A few others target by project type or by repair versus replacement campaigns, and a few credit a lead that falls outside the contractor's trade.
- Service area. Every company targets by area. One verifies the ZIP code to block out-of-area leads before sale, and a few credit leads that land outside the agreed area.
- Contact checks. Most say they check the contact in some way: real-time phone checks, verified contact details, tracking every call and form to its source, or a live agent verification call.
- Intent and timing. Several screen for homeowner intent or project timing. One questionnaire filters out small repair requests, and one verification call confirms decision maker status, timeline and readiness to hire.
- Homeowner or decision maker. A few look for homeowners or authorized decision makers, and one credits leads from tenants.
- Consent record. A few run a consent certificate script on their forms, and one tells contractors to keep those certificates for a set period.
What a foundation and basement lead has to carry
Every company lets buyers target by area, using a ZIP code list, a radius, county, city or state, and one lets buyers exclude ZIP codes inside a radius. Most also let buyers pick trades or lead types, and a few add project type, budget range or residential versus commercial.
Every lead type in Juiced starts with ten default fields. Add your own on top, and decide for each one whether it is required and whether the buyer receives it.
The foundation and basement fields
Field names and answer options checked against 5 public lead forms, form templates and posting specs in this market, October 2026.
| Field | Type | Why |
|---|---|---|
| problem_description | Text | Asked by most of the forms we reviewed, as a free text description of the concern. |
| tcpa_consent | Boolean | Records that the consumer checked the consent box; the wording itself is kept with the lead. |
| project_photos | URLs | Seen in a few of the forms we reviewed. |
| service_type | List of Values | Seen as a choice in one form we reviewed; the others ask for a description instead. Foundation, Basement, Concrete |
| property_type | List of Values | Seen in one form we reviewed. Residential, Commercial |
Every lead starts with these
| Field | Type |
|---|---|
| first_name | Text |
| last_name | Text |
| phone | Numeric |
| address_1 | Text |
| address_2 | Text |
| city | Text |
| state | Text |
| zip | Postal Codes |
| county | Counties |
Provenance
| Field | Type | Why |
|---|---|---|
| source_url | URLs | The page the lead was captured on |
| sub_id | Text | Ties every lead to the traffic source that produced it |
| consent_timestamp | Date & Time | When the consumer submitted the form |

This page does not state what the rules on consent require. They are published by the FCC and the FTC, and TCPAWorld tracks how they change. The full list of field types is on the lead fields page.
What you need to decide on a lead is not what you need to sell it
Every field carries four switches rather than one required flag.
Ping with zip, service_type and property_type. That tells a contractor whether the job is in their area and a service they sell, without exposing contact details before the bid.
Who sells foundation leads and how they charge
All 11 companies generate their own traffic, from their own quote sites, paid search, paid social, Local Services Ads and local search. Several are hybrid performance agencies that pair per-lead fees with ad or website management, and one runs the campaigns inside the contractor's own ad account and charges per lead on top.
Nine price per lead. A few price per appointment, a few charge a monthly fee alongside or instead of lead fees, and a few quote each market individually. One prices per call and one runs a bid system. Most say there is no long-term contract. On payment, a few keep a card on file, two use a prepaid account and one invoices. Ask for a funded balance instead: it is the one arrangement where the contractor has already committed before the first lead.
What contractors are asked to commit and how they start
Few companies here publish hard minimums. One sets a minimum term, one sets a minimum monthly lead volume on its pay-per-lead plan, one sells monthly appointment packages that each carry a minimum, and one asks for an initial prepaid deposit. One recommends starting with a small number of leads to evaluate.
Onboarding centers on territory. Several run a territory or demand check before a contractor starts. A few offer self-serve signup where the contractor picks trades and ZIP codes. One agrees the lead rules with each contractor before launch, which is the step most worth copying.
- Most say leads arrive in real time. A few give first-lead timing in days or weeks after launch, so set that expectation on the first call.
- In Juiced, buyers set filters and caps, so a contractor can hold to the area and services agreed at signup.
Returns, replacements and the fine print
Ten of the 11 companies say something about returns or credits, from detailed reason lists to a single line. A few credit duplicates, a few credit leads outside the agreed area and a few credit leads outside the contractor's trade. One excludes a lead the contractor did not try to reach quickly or where the homeowner chose another contractor. One replaces leads rather than refunding them, and one lets contractors dispute in one click on an honor system.
Read the agreement, not the homepage. Several companies in this market say different things on different pages: a help center that allows returns while the terms allow none, a never-shared promise while the general terms let unconverted leads go to other contractors after a period, cancel anytime beside a notice period, and replacement wording beside refund wording. Write your own return policy before the first lead and keep it the same everywhere.
- Decide whether a waterproofing lead sent to a foundation-only contractor is returnable.
- In Juiced, approved returns are credited back to the buyer's wallet.
Where the supply comes from
Several companies buy from publishers, affiliates or partner websites in addition to their own traffic. One takes leads and calls through ping post, host and post and inbound calls, and asks for an application describing the publisher's lead generation strategy. Another accepts affiliate traffic through tracking links, embedded forms or an API and pays per qualified referral.
If you resell into this market, expect buyers to ask where each lead came from. Keep a source sub ID and the consent record on every lead so a contractor's complaint can be traced to one campaign.
How Juiced runs a foundation and basement lead business
Buyers fund a wallet
Each buyer adds funds before leads arrive and is charged as each lead is delivered. Approved returns are credited back to the wallet. No invoices to send and no payments to chase.
Buyers set filters and caps, then bid
Each buyer filters on your fields and caps how many leads they take. They bid above your minimum, and the highest bid wins the lead in seconds.
Delivery goes where the buyer works
By webhook into the buyer’s CRM, by email or by text.
Unsold leads go to your marketplace
A lead no buyer takes is not dropped. It goes to your own marketplace, where its price falls until someone buys it outright or a standing buy order picks it up.

Frequently asked
Do foundation lead sellers sell each lead to one contractor?
Most do. Nine of the 11 companies offer exclusive leads, none advertise shared leads, and a few lock one contractor per trade per territory. One company's general terms let unconverted leads go to other contractors after a period, so check the agreement as well as the sales page.
How do foundation contractors set their area in Juiced?
Buyers set filters and caps. A contractor can filter on zip, state or county and on service_type, then cap how many leads they take.
Do foundation lead companies require a contract?
Most say there is no long-term contract. One sets a minimum term, one asks for a notice period to cancel, and one sells monthly appointment packages with a minimum in each.
Which foundation calls are billable?
One company defines billable call criteria and has an audit team review every call. Juiced distributes web leads, so calls need separate call tracking and their own billing rules.
Where do foundation and basement leads come from?
Every company in this market runs its own traffic, naming its own quote sites, Google and Bing search, Meta ads, Local Services Ads, local search and email. Several also buy from publishers, affiliates or partner sites.
Do foundation sellers send consent records?
What do foundation and basement leads sell for?
No prices are published here. Sellers rarely publish them, and what a foundation and basement lead sells for depends on whether it is exclusive or shared, a web lead or a call, the geography, how fresh it is and how many buyers want it. The pay-per-lead pricing guide shows how to work out your own floor from cost and let buyers bid above it.
Does Juiced handle foundation and basement calls or live transfers?
No. Juiced distributes web leads and delivers them by webhook, email or text. It does not track or route phone calls, so if calls are part of your product you need call tracking software for that side.
